SWI monocoque frames are exceptionally durable. We believe entirely in the materials and the process, and so we offer a 50-year warranty against manufacturing defects on every SWI frame, seatpost, fork, handlebar and stem — including the cost of transportation and rebuild.

In the unlikely event that a defect or breakage occurs because of a manufacturing error, the damaged part is repaired, or replaced with an equal and new one, at our expense.

Two years

Components

The components mounted on our frames and framesets, chosen by the client, are declared free of defects by their original manufacturers for two years when used correctly under normal conditions.

This does not cover bearings, or defects in the painting or anodising of components.

Crash support

If the worst happens

Crashes happen. Should you damage a SWI frame, fork, seatpost or integrated bar and stem in a crash or other mishap, we will attempt to repair the damage at a fair cost.

There will occasionally be damage we cannot repair. In those cases we offer a 25% reduction on the cost of a replacement.
